From our base in Essex close to the M25, D Smith Express currently operates a versatile fleet of Euro 6, FORS Gold compliant crane lorries.

Ranging from small short wheelbase trucks ideal for tight restricted access, large 82t/m long reach loaders fitted with front legs to give full 360 degree lifting capabilities and Artic tractor units with a fully power steered extendable trailers.

We operate a fleet of up to date top specification Scania trucks fitted with Fassi Loaders.

All are available on a spot hire or contract basis for the specialist transportation of containers, cabins, generators, plant and machinery throughout the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.

All of our equipment (both crane and lifting) is constantly monitored and maintained above the compulsory level, ensuring minimal vehicle downtime and minimal customer inconvenience.

Health & safety is of paramount importance to us, and each of our team members possess ALLMI Lorry Loader, ALLMI Slinger Signaller, CPCS, ADR, forklift qualification as a minimum all are enhanced D.B.S Checked and all have a current Safety Critical Fitness to Work Medical.
